“Ann made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. She let me set a goal for my counseling and made sure it was met in about 2 months. I appreciate the fact that she listened and did not judge me and made me focus on me and what I could change, not on those around me.”
Have you been experiencing pain, feeling sad and irritable, having trouble sleeping or concentrating? Would you like to increase peace and calm in your life? I would like to help in a non-judgmental focused way.
I enjoy working with individuals, age 13 and over, couples, and families. Usually, when people come to see me they are in a place they do not want to be. I like helping people set positive goals so that they may be clear about what they want; what they are working toward. My intention is to be intensely present with my clients as they work to meet those goals.
Therapies used include cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, person-centered and focusing. Teaching and practicing communication skills also is often helpful. I offer these services in an atmosphere where you may include your own spiritual or religious beliefs as you wish. My formal education consists of a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a master’s degree in Counseling.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who would be honored to share a part of your life’s journey with you. Call for an appointment, or a free 10 minute telephone consultation.
