JERICA WESLEY, Clinical Director
My approach blends compassion with clinical insight. I integrate person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and narrative therapies while maintaining a trauma-informed, culturally grounded perspective. I have a deep calling to walk alongside those facing grief, navigating maternal mental health challenges, processing reproductive loss, exploring racial and cultural identity, managing anxiety, and moving through life’s transitions.

Counseling is not about fixing—it’s about finding your footing, reconnecting with your strengths, and knowing you’re not alone in the process.

When I’m not working, I’m soaking up moments with my family, sipping good coffee, or embracing joy in the small things.
If you’re considering counseling, I invite you to connect—with me or with one of the amazing counselors on our team. We’re here to meet you with empathy, honesty, and hope. You don’t have to have it all figured out; you just have to take that first step. We’re ready to walk alongside you.
