Sky Kershner

My practice is based on Motivational Interviewing, an evidenced-based counseling approach that holds the belief that each of us has the capacity to develop solutions to the problems we face, and that the role of a therapist is to collaborate with you and to help you to clarify your goals, increase your motivation to pursue them, and help build confidence in your ability to do make changes that are important to you.
