I help clients develop healthier thought patterns and behaviors with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques. I utilize evidence based models for the therapeutic process and work to build rapport. I utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) interventions including mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness skills. I offer guided meditation sessions utilizing Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) and deep breathing. When working with couples and families I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) by exploring emotional patterns and attachment of emotions. My work focuses on helping clients navigate healthier behaviors, thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. I guarantee we will uncover much through our journey together. I am passionate about creating a safe environment whether you are coping with trauma, grief, or uncomfortable emotions I wish to offer you a path forward.
