I help clients manage their stress, redirect disturbing and unwanted thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and encourage them to develop coping skills to live more peacefully in the present moment. This process is supported by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Person-Centered approaches.

I love helping people change the narratives of their stories. I care deeply for others and want to advocate for those who don’t feel that they have a voice. When going through a hard season of life, it can be challenging to see the result. By coming to counseling and working through the hard things, you have the power to turn it into a part of your story. I know that taking steps to
better your mental health is a hard thing. I have a natural joy for life and people, and love laughing with them. Whether with me or another therapist, please be kind to yourself.

Take the next step and let us help you change the narrative of this part of your story.
